For proper application consider the following recommendations:

● Make sure your pressure sensitive liner size matches the bottle or jar opening.
These 20 mm (0.78 inches) seals are to be used with any bottles or jars that use 20 mm caps

● Completely clean the jar top with clean cloth and alcohol to clear of liquid
and/or solids. Center jar seal on top of you plastic or glass bottle or jar, and apply. The white
side of the seal shall be facing down, the side with red letters shall be facing up.

● Screw metal or plastic cap on bottle. Make sure the liner and cap are tightly secured
on the container.

● Once the cap is applied, it should not be removed for at least 24 hours
to ensure proper adhesion. Although depending on your application, the adhesion
process might take significantly less time.

● Seals can be used with glass and plastic bottles or jars and with lined or unlined caps.
These pressure sensitive liners are best for use with powder or dry products.

● Avoid overfilling your containers!

● Once seal is removed, it cannot be reapplied.

● Not suitable for applications containing oil.

Will this fit a small 5ml jar?

Answer: Thank you for your question. Unfortunately nowadays jars come in so many shapes and neck sizes so it is hard to determine jar neck size based only on jar capacity. I would suggest measuring the outer diameter of neck size (OD of jar opening, not OD of jar thread), or contact jar manufacturer/supplier for specification info. Once you have the dimension, please keep in mind that the required seal should be slightly bigger than the OD of jar.

Answer: If the 5ml jar has a 20mm neck.

How long would homemade last after u seal it with these can store bbq on the shelf til u take seal off?

How do u seal bottles with theses please?

Answer: These seals are torque activated, meaning they get sealed when the cap is screwed on. So just simply measure the diameter of the bottle opening, pick the right size, put the seal on top of the bottle, screw the cap back on and wait 24 hours! More detailed instructions are in the description of the listing.

Answer: U place them on top of the botttle u want to seal ( be sure that u get the correct measurements) then u place the bottle cap over the bottle and turn it close. Once its closed all the way the pressure from it being closed will seal it to the bottle top.

Can I use these to mail liquid products

Answer: The liners are recommended for syrups and dry products. However, customers have had good experience using these with liquids. Please make sure the bottle opening is clean and dry before using the seals. Not recommended in oil applications.
