Received this as a gift and it does not heat up at all, so it doesn’t work.

This really doesn’t work. I didn’t anticipate the cord being so small if it’s something that needs to be plugged in to use. Also the directions are more complicated because the English language is smaller then the Chinese lettering. The product didn’t come with a box to plug the usb cord into the outlet. The sealer doesn’t seem to even get warm. I have tried sealing a bag and it doesn’t work. It opens bags but it doesn’t seal them.
