Although i initially had trouble operating I figured out what i was doing wrong and it works fantastically. The suction power and the sealing works great and is fast. I really like that it is petite and can easily be stored when not in use. So far I have only used it for spices and cookies but the seal has stayed strong and it has been a few weeks now, I plan on using this for sous vide cooking as well.

With the name brand models costing 2x or more what this one does, I had pretty low expectations for this vacuum sealer. I was very pleasantly surprised by its performance. It’s very easy to use, just a 1-5 setting for sealing temp and 3 mode buttons: seal only, vacuum only, and auto vac/seal.
The side clips hold the lid very tightly in place, and the vac/seal function works as expected. It was a snap to load up the provided bags and seal them tightly for freezing. I haven’t had any issues with seals leaking.
It’s also very compact and lightweight, making it easy to store. It comes with attachments for sealing bottles and other items as well as quite a few bags, although they’re on the small side. Really very little to complain about with this unit, and we’re already using it at least once a week following our grocery trip.
