The instructions came in a different language besides English which made it impossible to figure out how to use. Returned this product for a different one and it works great.

It does exactly what it’s supposed to do but you should double check the seal. I often find spots where it didn’t seal but melted completely through or spots where it didn’t seal at all.

It didn’t come with instructions at all so I wasn’t sure on how to use it so I used my common sense. Instruction on box only states how to install batteries. It doesn’t seal as well and I have to run it through several times on the gap that it missed but eventually when completely seals it does seal in freshness. I only use it on the big chip bags my kids leave unfinished btw and I haven’t tried it on anything else.
