This product vacuum seals beautifully to be so inexpensive only wished it heat sealed as well.

I purchased these because they came in a better variety of sizes than the FoodSaver bags. I own the handheld FS vacuum. These are more difficult to get closed, even with the little tool that is included, and it takes longer to vacuum out the air. I do not use them for Sous Vide. I will continue to use these as long as they last but will probably not re-purchase.

These were AMAZING for when i got a portable food saver. These bags held up to freezing most of a 20lb turkey from Thanksgiving. My freezer hasn't seemed to affect the integrity one bit and the bags seal with one hand. These work better than the name brand ones that came with my machine!
