I am very pleased about this machine. I could buy my favorite meats and wrap them with foodsaver in order to conserve them a lot more time than usually. It is also really easy to use it. I recommend also to buy compatible bags from amazon (not the foodsaver ones) . Really cheap price and do the same job!

The bag of food rests nicely on the counter top when vacuuming and sealing.
Need only two hands not three to operate.
The pulse feature is nice as is the drip tray.

My previous Foodsaver broke and I was looking for a replacement. I looked at all the different vendors (retail stores, online, etc.) and this was for me the best combination of features (Dry / Wet, Pulse, Separate lid suction,). What I also like very much is that it is made to be store on its side so it doesn't take lots of footprint. Excellent product. I like it very much.

J'ai fais plusieurs recherche avant d'arrêter mon choix sur cette machine. Finalement à noël 2020 je l'ai choisi et jai été super heureuse d'avoir demandé ceci comme cadeau. Il allait super bien. Aspirait à merveille, bruyant mais j'imagine que cela est normal. Malheureusement après une dizaine ou un peu plus d'utilisation elle ne scelle plus une fois qu'on aspire l'air. Je l'ai super bien entretenu et malgré tout elle me fonctionne plus.
Ce que je déplore cest que Amazon mentionné que le temps pour se plaindre du produit est expiré alors que ça fait que 6 mois que c'est acheté. Si j'avais fait mon évaluation en mars ce produit aurait obtenu 5 étoiles mais étant donné que payer 179$ plus taxes pour ce produit qui a une duré de vie de 6 mois je vous le déconseille totalement.
J'ai écris à foodsaver... à suivre... j'ai espoir qu'en écrivant ce commentaire Amazon pourra nous aider à trouver une solution à ce problème

After buying the compact Foodsaver and being disappointed with the versatility of only being able to use 8 inch bags, i returned it and bought the Wedge. Alot bigger but it can be stored on the counter upright, so perfect for space saving. This unit is perfect for everyday use and also has the suction port and attachment included. Super simple to use. Buy this one, you won't be disappointed.
