Any problem with this scale getting wet or soaked with water ?

I got this to weigh things between .5 and 5 pounds. It works some of the time, but it is not accurate. Sometimes I will weigh the same item twice, and even though it starts zeroed out, it will register different weights. It seems like it has about a 0.1 to 0.2lb room for error.

Great scale. I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband who loves fishing. He is extremely pleased to have this scale. I made the decisoin to buy this scale after comparison with many similar products on amazon almost all of which are ordinary battery-powered, this one is powered by rechargeable lithium battery , therefore it is very convenient to use. Most important of all, it is incredibly accurate!
