Answer: not 100% certain as I ordered the res spinning rod version but I did get 2 different tips, a medium (up to about ⅝th oz) and a medium heavy (13/16th oz cranks, but can handle 1oz spoons) and both have pretty fast action, so.
Answer: I ordered 2 and both came with the 2nd rod end
