| Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber, under the buckles. | Press the two sides equally, then you will hear two "click" sound, which mean the lid is properly closed. | Choose the mode you need and press the button (vacuum seal or single seal). | When the LED light is off, the vacuum sealing is finished. Press the buckles on both sides to open the lid. |
Warm Tips:
1. Please do NOT vacuum seal liquid. The liquid is only suitable for seal. If you must use a vacuum seal, please freeze the liquid to a solid, and then you can use a vacuum seal.
2. Please do NOT overfill the bags, leave enough space at the open end of the bag, so that the bag can be placed on the vacuum chamber properly.
3. Please do NOT wet the open end of the bag. Otherwise, the vacuum sealing will be unsuccessful or the sealing effect is not good, and may even cause damage to the machine.
4. Please do NOT let the bag have too much air. You can press the bag lightly to exhaust most of the air inside so that you can reduce the time of pumping vacuum and improve the efficiency of vacuum sealing.
5. Please keep the open end of the bag clean and straight before sealing. Make sure nothing is left on the open area of the bag.
6. Please wrap the tip with paper to avoid puncturing the bag, when you vacuum seal food with sharp protrusions such as bones and food with thorns.

I wanted to begin storing my freezer foods in vacuum sealed bags because the food does last longer. I buy my food 1 time a month and bring a single person you never find food packaged for 1 or even 2 ppl. Thus, i purchased this sealer and it did great on a couple hundred bags of food. It now has to be pressed on to hold the vaccum while being sealed. Kind of crap you are expected to take. I wouldn't recommend this particular sealer to anyone. It just didnt hold up as advertised. Hopefully with the light pressure i apply now it will hold up for a little while. Don't by This Junk. Honestly find a better one that will hold the vaccum well while sealing.

I decided to try a vacuum sealer and get this one. Oh boy I wish I did that sooner. What a difference it makes when cooking meats. The flavor and juice are much better preserved with the vacuum seal. Yes, it is an extra expense to buy the vacuum bags but I also bought bulk bags for about $15 which you cut to the desired length. This will minimize waste and they will last me quite a while. The machine itself works well. It is not too loud. You need to wait for 5-10 seconds between seals which is not a big deal if you are not cooking too much meat at a time. I am very satisfied with this machine!

I sometimes want to save doses of coffee just in case. It’s easy to seal some up to save in the freezer for later or share with friends. It works pretty well and is small. It takes about a minute to do a small bag.
