Q:
How long is this bow from the end of the limbs?
Q:
Is the one before the recall or after?
Answer: All the bows that are out on the market at this point are after the recall. I have had mine since January and I have had no issues with performance of the power limbs which were the reason for the recall

Answer: It is adjustable with an Allen wrench where the limb meets the frame of the bow. Counter clockwise lightens the weight and clockwise increases the weight

Jeremiah : Good quality, mine just came defective
I ordered this and the limbs were warped. Tried to adjust it to normal to no avail. Sending it back for a replacement.

Melissa Schroeder : Consider these a project...
If you order one of these, do as others have suggested and order a roller cable guide and a healthy amount of string wax at the same time. The factory plastic cable guide chews the cables up right out of the box. String wax may help prolong the cable life where they wear on each other. There is some
serving material on the cables but not in the right places. Next issue, a standard archery folding allen wrench set or T-handle will not budge these limb bolts, I used a Snap-On allen socket & a fairly long ratchet to break them loose (not sure what the factory torqued these to but its bordered on ridiculous). They did attempt to lube the limb bolts with some kind of grease but it didn't help much, the bolts creaked & groaned with every 1/4 turn. I backed the limb bolts out & used teflon/moly "super" grease with a dab of choke tube lube for extra lubricity.
The next issue is the riser/grip frame area. First the grip panels are slim-enough to be nearly non-existent. The grip area of the riser is machined square and narrow (5/8"). The length of the grip area is short, if you wear a large glove, it's going to be tight. These are uncomfortable out of the box... I padded the back of the grip area with a trimmed piece of 1/4" foam floormat material from harbor freight (handy stuff) & wrapped it with tennis racket grip tape.
This bow is a nice concept (a cam-less lever bow) but could have been executed better. I did like the price point, but apparently the bow only model jumped up $100 since last week?! I paid $340 for the bow only, I would not purchase this for the current $450-$459. I would have looked for a used Oneida on epay & taken my chances. I looked closely at a new Oneida Osprey but cheaped out and bought this project (got what I paid for). Wish I would have bit the bullet & bought the Osprey or a Gnat. When (not if) the cables wear themselves out, I will be getting a replacement cable/saddle kit from G-String bows.
Ebookit : So easy to work on
I love this bow for the fact that I can customize it for myself with with out the need for a bow press, I find regular compound bows kind of scary . I bought it as a bowfishing rig but am thinking about another for a hunting bow.
Tucker : Good...but get a cable roller.
I am really pleased with this bow. It is highly adjustable, and easy to adjust. I prefer it set up with the short letoff setting and I shoot at full 50# draw weight. My one gripe is that the bow comes with a plastic cable slide that has a lot of friction. I tried lubing it up, but it didn't really help. The first day I took it out the cables began to wear on the cable slide. I replaced it with with a cheap cable roller, which increased the power and made for a buttery smooth draw.
Ty : Missing pieces
Did not come with finger saves as ad said it would
