Are these top rack dishwasher safe?

Answer: Yes that is the recommended way to clean them. I have had no problems doing this.

Answer: I'm sure they, but are very floppy, so not sure it would work

What is the diameter of the center whole of these sheets?

Answer: Don’t know original diameter. Hole was a little too small so I enlarged it to fit my dehydrator.

When these arrived wrapped like a pretty sachet, I was dismayed. I thought I had bought the wrong thing. I unfolded them and found them to be perfect for my needs. They fit my Cosori dehydrator perfectly. It's nice to have one for each tray.
I find they wash best after soaking for a while, flat in the sink with the dehydrator trays, especially after fruit. I use a dish brush if necessary. I've tried drying them with a towel and shaking them, but air drying seems best.
