Answer: I looked at the photo of a Reynolds bag sealer on line, and if it has a hole where you place the vacuum, the answer is NO....I had a zip loc system like that, which seems more like what you are looking for.
Answer: No, Unless your sealer has a sealer. From what I seen online, Reynolds Bag sealer uses Reynolds bags with a hole in the bag to suck the air out and then you slide the slider to close.

I guess you can also cut the bags long ways, seal the cut side and make two long tubes for storing hot dogs or other tube things.

I used these with a Foodsaver vacuum sealer. They seal well and freeze well. I have not had any issues with them losing the vacuum seal. Having the small notch on one end also makes these bags easy to open after freezing.

Ends curl up and flare out due to being so thin and flimsy. May work ok in a manual sealer. Will NOT work in a sealer that you have to insert the bag to activate the sealer. It is a fight every time. So so so thin. Definitely not "heavy duty - commercial grade" as they advertise.

These bags are almost as good as the real thing... but not quite. For whatever reason they are harder to heat seal than Foodsaver brand, and they are harder to feed into the seal slot. But all in all, they get the job done for a much lower price. Once sealed, the food stays properly sealed and frost free in the freezer, and they hold up well using them for sous vide machines.

I give this an over-all 4 star.. it's 5 star for money value and 5 star for quality...it's just the roll size are so large that I have to hand cut with scissors what I need off the roll till I've used it down to fit in my Food Savor roll holder and then use the slider blade to cut. It is only a small complaint.. I use this stuff like crazy with my garden goods so I'm super happy with everything else...
