It is defective, its missing the metal plates on one end of the battery slot.
I wouldn’t mind it if I didn’t have to leave the house to return and replace this in the middle of a pandemic.

THIS THING IS AMAZING! Open a bag of chips but you’re pretending you are finished for the day? Seal it! Then unseal it minutes later because you weren’t really done.
Honestly, I couldn’t find enough bags to seal. I made everyone I could find watch. SO FAR it has been able to hold liquid and air in bags for a decent amount of time. I’m so impressed with this!

Was hoping to really enjoy this little bag sealer device. Unfortunately when testing out the cutting side. It tore the entire bag of chips, pretty much destroyed the bag. And the heating side doesn’t work as well as you’d like. It takes multiple attempts before actually sealing the bag.

The product is a cool feature to have and it worked great 1 time. You're advised to use quality batteries and even with the use of Duracell/Energizer batteries I only got one use out of it and it no longer heated/sealed bags. I thought it was the batteries so I changed them out for fresh batteries and the heating/sealing element still didn't work. Not sure how to contact the seller to request a replacement because the refund option is no longer available.

I got it after an Instagram blogger raved about this bag sealer. I was so excited to try this but it would only seal half the bag. It stopped working after a few times. I do not recommend buying this.

This product is easy to use, but it is leaving a line on all of my product bags that I sell. It will work on half the bag, leave the line, and on the other half will not work. Disappointed in its use.

I saw so many mixed reviews on this product. After seeing a video of someone using it (and it working great!), I had to buy one for myself! Mine hardly even warmed up. I tried clasping it together a bit longer to allow for extra heat up time but had no luck. I returned it and got a quick refund. Such a bummer though. Hopefully they can work the issues out to have a more consistent product.
