Amazing lure got a King on a party boat while heading out

It is probably just me but I have lost more of these lures than ANY other brand. They seem to have issues when the bounce out of the water where they catch themselves and start being dragged rather than swimming. I troll on party boats so they dont like slowing down for stupid things. So I have to try to reel it in and turn up the drag to stop the slipping. What ends up happening is either the 175 lb steel cable breaks at the lure or the 100lb main line breaks. The plastic on the lure is also not very strong, when reeling the lure in at high speed there is a lot of spring in the line and rod and the flies toward the boat. One lure hit the boat and the nose broke off rendering the lure trash. Yozuri and Livingston and Magtrak are build much stronger. (outside of the swivels on the Yozuri)

Used it for the first time and rigged it as the video from Namad suggested with single strand wire. Wire broke after about an hour of pulling it. :(
