Answer: This is a very good bait, I've never had any problems using this bait, It's always produced great results on trout.

Answer: Yes, it is for both freshwater and saltwater.

Answer: It looks very life like as long as its moving at the correct speed. To figure it out just drop it in some shallow water and watch it as you change the speed.

Answer: Are you asking if these crawfish, Crawfish lures in general, or live crawfish are good bait?? I have had great success catching bass fishing Crawfish lures. My uncle use to have me catch live crawfish for him to take fishing when I was a kid. So I would say yes! Although I have not put these little boogers in the water yet.

Very very small. Need small hooks. Don't cast or swim well.

In Ohio there are many area to fish with the option to travel ten or fifteen minutes to a spot or really get into it with an hour or more adventure to find a good spot.
I was lucky to be able to have a small window of warmer weather in March sandwiched in between winter like cold days. This strange fluctuation of temperature found the weather going into the sixties which then motivated be to travel down to southern Ohio to try out these lures. I am not very educated at all on the technicalities of lures or fishing so I will describe this in generalizations. I noticed when in the more murky waters with lily pads around closer to the shore the darker colored brownish lures worked nicely. In the middle of the massive lake I was fishing in I was able to pull in a few nice sawguys with the other variation - the orange colored lures.
When closer to the shore with the brown lures I had a nice bass on it but due to user error i lost it- no fault of the lure.
I like the realistic way these mimic swimming as well as the lifelike eyes. In the video i have included hopefully there is a good view of the details - I feel showcase them thoroughly.
This pack come with five of each of the colors.
In conclusion I do not know if the lure color had anything to do with the area i was fishing but it appeared so. Regardless the lures were a success and can't wait until the weather totally turns into summer so I can go at it again.
I recommend these to any person who enjoys fishing within the proper areas that will accept lures like this.
