Answer: No...Carp feed on vegetation and algae, not crawfish or other live bait.

I like these baits for targeting big smallmouth and spotted bass, plus largemouth will nail them as well. Worked slowly where chunk rock and a gravel come together they are rapidly becoming a regular part of my arsenal. Hits tend to be hard and the texture of the bait seems to make the fish happy. That makes me happy, too.

Made with very poor quality materials. All 3 came in with torn tails. Not because they were damaged by shipping or handling. They are torn because the molds created too thin of rubber to keep them intact. That combined with very low quality rubber is a recipe for a failed product.

I got four of them. The back is weighted so that it gives a more of realistic crayfish impression. It also has buoyant claws to give a more defensive crayfish impression. Very nice overall!
