Is this like the Devil's horse lure???

Is it supposed to glide at a 45 degree angle, while going slow? I thought it was going to be horizontal, it is if i burn it.

Answer: If you reel fast enough for the blades to spin, it should be going horizontal in the water. If you reel too slow, the blades won't spin but it may drop to a slight angle as it falls.
