Good assembly instructions, easy to follow. Simple, solid build. Minor issue up front with pellet auger assembly not advancing; several calls to customer service but ultimately the defective part was shipped, installed, and is now working great. Smoking is easy and temp control has been very stable (~ +|-15degF around setpoint). First batches of brisket and turkey were incredible!

This is the best grill I've ever purchased. Super easy to put together. I've made the best BBQ ever with this. Get the Thermal blanket. It maintains the temperature in winter cooking. So easy to use you aways set it to smoke setting after 10 minutes put on temperature you want. Set forget it. It takes the guess work out. And gives you the best smoke taste you can ask for. I will never go back to charcoal and LP Gas. And they do make charcoal pellets you can use if that's the flavor you want. This grill is 5 ???????????????????? up!

The warmer rack was damaged from packing and a little scuffing on the grill itself, but ZGrills sent me a new rack right away and a free bag of pellets for the scuffs.
