Aluminium injector for plastisol (soft plastic) is perfect fit for fishing lure making, allows you to create your own fishing lures and is perfect for do it soft plastic baits. Allows DIY enthusiasts creating soft plastic baits at home using preferred colors, glitters and scents.
Material: Aluminum. Aluminum alloy recommended itself as a light and durable material, which is suitable for injectors. Rubber sealing rings. There are two rubber sealing rings to prevent plastisol from leaking as well as to create more pressure during pumping.
Volume: 120 ml (4 US Fluid Ounce). This volume is a perfect for small and mid size - it's light and easy to operate with. This size is recommended for baits of less than 6-7 inch.
Injection port: 5/8" injection. This diameter has become a standard over the years for soft plastic bait injectors. It's an optimal size to create targeted pressurized plastisol flow.
We recommend to put a marking on the piston rod to determine the safe amount of pressure, which can be applied to piston, without accidental exposure of the cap.

4 OZ Soft Plastic Injector

Metal injector has a standard 5/8" (16 mm) nozzle diameter, which is compatible with most engineered stone or aluminum bait moIds.

Both the nozzle and piston have a rubber sealing o-ring to prevent plastisol (soft plastic) from leaking.

When using this injector please be sure to wear gloves since injector gets hot from the plastisol inside.

The primary usage of this injector is to cast fishing injection bait moIds with hot plastisol (soft plastic) to create DIY baits.

Attention: Pull the handle up very strongly before use, as the grease hardens in the cold the plastic handle may differ from that shown in the photo, have a different shape

mcollins : Wish it was easier to use but overall good.

Wish it were easier to get the left over rubber out and the plunger is hard to push down, it's not a nice smooth injection.

Works ok for the price, but only holds 100ml NOT 120ml.
Has a t-handle not the round one pictured, doesn’t make a difference to me though.

First off what I received doesn’t look like the photo. Handle is completely different. Hard to draw back and when pushing forward the nozzle pops out. Spend the money on a good one!
