Is the mini good for rainbow trout in a river?

Answer: I don’t know about trout but I’ve caught White bass,Largemouth,smallmouth,and spotted bass. I think it will catch anything that feeds on bait fish.

D.J. : Steelshad Mini Series catch fish, but you should replace the treble hooks.

The Steelshad mini series lures are excellent blade baits, especially for Walleyes and Perch. My experience with these lures reveals that they do catch fish; however, the treble hooks are small, soft and extremely bendable, especially on larger fish, and should be replaced with more durable hooks.
