Answer: I don't know but this was the biggest piece of junk. I could never get it to work. Instructions were ridiculous. Unless you are prolific in chinese.

Great little tool. Use it to seal bags everyday!

It took a couple of tries to learn how to use it but I finally figured it out. It has sealed every bag I've tried. You have to seal them slow and steady or you will have spots that don't seal. It also has a magnet on the back so I put it on the fridge for quick access.

HYP : Slim and slick bag sealer. A must in every household.

We all enjoy eating snacks for snack bags and cannot finish it in once. So, what we do, we either role the bag and put bag clipper or paper clipper on it. But then we always short of clipper’s if you have a big family or one like to try different types of chips. If you open a new chip bag and you do not have the clipper either you will use the chip bag clip from another snack bag which has least amount of snack in it or buy more clippers. This bag sealer solves these problem. Now, you can seal any snack bags and keep it fresh as long as you like. No need for snack clipper’s anymore.
The reason I like this bag sealer is because it does not require battery or power to operate it. It comes with USB cable to charge/ recharge it. So that’s very useful, because if you like me using it every day, it will drain your battery sooner rather than later and then every time that happens you end up replacing the battery or cable operated sealer, which in my mind is not very handy. Very annoying. So, 5 star for making it an USB chargeable product.
Quality, Design & Operability: Overall quality is good, it feels nice when you hold it due to it is slick and slim design. It comes with 3 different indicators on it telling which one to use when depending on the thickness of the snack bags (thin, normal and thick). Very easy to operate. Also one last thing, it has a magnet sticker on the bag, so one can stick it on the refrigerator and use it right away and put it back. Love it.

I received the chip bag sealer over the weekend. i like the size of the product. i was debating on a full size vacuum sealer, though those would be a lot larger as this product is a perfect size for the need of this item. I didn’t realize at first the bottom was magnetic which was awesome and I was able to hang the sealer for convenient storage right on the refrigerator. I had a lot of small cereal bags that my kid opens and doesn't finish (snap shot attached from after sealing it). Even with a clip they go bad after a couple of days in which the sealer would retain its freshness much longer and also which was a perfect practice run to seal and also open. the product heats up well after about a minute and I was able to go slow across the bag which worked perfect on the first try. i did a second and quick 3rd pass just incase too even though i was pretty sure the first pass was fine. I had the heat setting on 2 which worked good on the cereal bags and also 2 thicker chip bags. the larger bags and its material took only a few seconds longer. I did try also on the side of a thinner bag and realized the heat setting needed to be a one instead. The instructions do mention all the steps but like others mention it is a little trial and error depending of the thickness and material. overall for the price, size , portability and it does work and pretty quick it is pretty good and worth the freshness and less need of bag clips.

It works "OK" but no real instructions so its sort of a try till you get it right sort of deal. I finally did get to where I could seal some bags with it, but if you are not careful some bags melt before you can move it on across. Just depends on the bag. Too little pressure wont seal, too much it melts and rips so takes some practice. Find it more hassle than it is worth so I just use my clips again

I was getting so tired of cheap chip clips and always losing them. They never kept things as fresh as when you first open a pack of chips or cookies or whatever. I wanted to get a bag sealer so I tried this one out and was thrilled with it!
As you can see in the video, it creates an airtight seal, I couldn’t even squeeze out a tiny bit of air after I resealed that bag of chips. It also has three settings depending on bag thickness. This took a little time to play with and figure out, but the middle setting ultimately ended up being the best one. Say goodbye to stale chips and say hello to this awesome little gizmo!
