Thomas Economous : Easy to make great pizzas

I was making pizzas in my conventional oven and they turned out OK. This pizza oven attachment for my GMG grill made the cheese and crust so much better. If I set my grill to 275 the pizza oven heats up to 500-600 in about 15 minutes. Pizza cooks in about 3-4 minutes at that temperature. I wouldn't recommend going higher than 500-600 unless you are using a flour that can handle higher temperatures.

This Pizza conversion works great. It easily gets up to 750* on my Smoke Pro deluxe and produces an excellent wood fired pizza.
