W : Buy these, you wont regret it!
When I saw these I was very hesitant to buy them. A Bucktail jig for under 3 dollars is a steal, especially when it has the look of more expensive and brand named ones. When I received them I was pleasantly surprised, they look and felt exactly like my other bucktails that I bought for 4+ dollars at tackle stores.
I was able to test them out a few days ago at a jetty/inlet and they performed really well. Hooks held up to schooly stripers and blues without a problem. The Jig head was a little beat up from the rocks but that happens to all jigs of any brand after some use. I rinsed the jig with some water after my trip and there as been no rust and the hooks are as sharp as the day I opened the package.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5. After my trip I noticed that the jigs lost some hairs, not a lot but noticeable. Still usable but may need to add hairs down the line. Am I surprised, no. Blues have very sharp teeth and rocks do not help but I never had an issue with other jigs after one trip. I might try putting super glue around the tail wrap to give it an extra hold before my next trip.

Exceeded my expectations by a lot. To be honestly, they look better in person than in the picture, I highly recommend these,great hooks, 10/10 paint job , 10/10 eyes, the buck tail hair I’ll give a 9/10 just because they hairs barely fall out but it’s nothing to worry about. they are cheaper here than in store and they are the same quality. They were individually packaged which is nice but also a pain in the ass to open. I recommend this

I purchased these jigs to downrig freshwater stripers. The jigs are made very well and the price was substantially cheaper than similar jigs sold elsewhere. I don't fish at night so the "glow in the dark" feature didn't matter to me.
