I see they have a rather flat head so do they make trailers stand up? Do you toss it and pop it around on the bottom so the plastic flails around?

Answer: The way that the heads on these jigs are made, the hook would stand at a 45° angle, if I were looking for a way to make my trailer stand up when the jig stops is by poking a hole into the tail end of your trailer, or if you want the jig as a whole to stand with the hook straight, I would try to find a buck eye lures flat top jig, I use them a TON for bedding fish as well as flipping. Another tip when fishing jigs, as long as you pop the jig off the bottom quickly, the trailer's tail or claws (most trailer's are designed after crayfish claws) will follow and stay up in the water for a second or two.

Answer: Yes it makes the trailer stand up.yes I slow drag them and hop them in between drags! They work great!!

These are very nice and compact jigs. The tungsten helps reduce the overall size and makes the jig into a nice little package. The fall rate is pretty fast and this should increase the reaction strike. I pitched this all day and didn't have any issues. The hooks a heavy duty but not ridiculous.
