Just wondering do I get the black mesh plastic fly fishing net that I am ordering for 20.99--I am not interested in the clear plastic nets

Answer: My understanding is that the clear is actually rubber, at least in most nets I've seen. Black appears to be nylon.

23.8 inches net plus 7.8 handle. Package is 23 inches??? Also it says rubber.....then nylon. What am I getting?

Answer: The one I received was nylon. Look for a whitish color (clear) netting if that is what you want.
