Admittedly, I bought this for a laugh, just to see the look on people's faces when I cast a duck out, but it really does the job. I've already caught a 20lb+ beast on it, and have missed a few smaller fish in Loch Lomond. I had to buy a new rod because my spinning set up wasn't rated for a lure this size, but as far as I'm concerned it's paid for itself already.
