Answer: Hobby lobby wicked airbrush paint and I also use Dr pH Martin bombay ink also from hobby lobby . You can order off Internet .I airbrush my lures you can paint with brush also clearcoat with 30 min epoxy ..

Are they 1.5 pr 2.5 square bills?

Answer: Mine are approximately 2 1/2 square bills but make good Bass baits and paint well

This product is terrible avoid wasting you’re money. Front tie eyelet was off center and impossible to realign, front hook ring was mounted 90 degrees from the center line. Not only on one lure but all 25. See some bad reviews and thought that they all can’t be right, I was wrong the bad reviews were spot on.

The fine-tip permanent markers I have didn't leave much ink on the surface of these blank lures. I was looking forward to decorating them to make killer lures, but the ink just didn't stick.
The only other permanent markers I have are black. I will make one or two solid black, but the others will need some color to approximate small bait fish.
These lures have rattles, which can be silenced by drilling a couple holes and filling with expanding foam.
No hooks come with these lures, so you will need to buy your choice (probably treble), two per lure.
Adhesive 3-D eyes are included, but I recommend coating them with clear epoxy after finishing the lure to assure they stay on. At the very least, use head cement or Sally Hansen's Hard As Nails.
This could be a nice project for a group of young scouts, if the proper markers or paint is found.

At least 40 percent of them came with rust spots inside. They took paint well. Have not cast them yet to tell if they are air tight and how well they hold up.
