Answer: No... you have to attach them after you paint the blanks. I usually use a drop of super glue to make sure they don't shift around when I clear coat them

Answer: Hobby lobby wicked airbrush paint and I also use Dr pH Martin bombay ink also from hobby lobby . You can order off Internet .I airbrush my lures you can paint with brush also clearcoat with 30 min epoxy ..

Answer: Paint was also ordered from amazon, it is like model car paint

Are they 1.5 pr 2.5 square bills?

Answer: Mine are approximately 2 1/2 square bills but make good Bass baits and paint well

When I received the package this is how it was. The eye stickers stuck to everything in the box. Some are salvageable but was expecting everything to be Intact not strung all over the box.

The blanks look great . But after washing them to remove oils from manufactures . 8 out of 10 has water inside after a 2 min wash in the sink. This morning I come to see them already rusting inside .. kinda sucks as they are nice blanks .
