Answer: Hello this model is the "Junior", the large is 3" 3/4oz.

What is the 2 /4-5 size? I’m confused. I’m looking for the black one but it says I need to buy the 2-4/5

Answer: 2 -4/5" is the size in inches. That is the total length of the lure, almost 3 inches. Black is good but the action of the lure is more important.

What colors would be good for Struper and Musky, respectively?

Answer: White and black were good for bass last fall. Havent caught anuthing on them this year. Only been fishing twice.

Answer: Hello this model is the Junior 2.59", 5/8 oz. The other is 3" 3/4oz.

Answer: I gave mine away to my fishing guide after a fishing trip to south America, but I had both sizes . I did use the jackal the most . But you can do as I did and but them all . That way you will not be confused anymore.

This thing creates a ton of surface commotion! Reel it in slow, it looks like someone casually swimming laps at the local YMCA. Reel it in fast... and it looks like an olympic swimmer racing for gold.

Eventho the original hooks are super sharp and sticks into everything, it does appear to be on the weaker side. Just by feel alone, the hooks will eventually give at some point and you will either lose a fish or un-snag the pompadour from a log.

Great top water lure, performance:
Second cast I had an awesome blow up, didn’t see hook well because I was surprised, but it has great action, haven’t been able to use much but if you have some hungry bass around they will definitely smash this guy.
Only cons are the hooks, they r sharp but not too durable and the barb is so small I didn’t even notice them until some time.
Over all a great lure.
