Can you troll with this lure? How deep does it dive?

Answer: troll slowly as the speed of travel is proportionate to the feel of drag, so faster means your pole will bend and you won't know a fish is attached. there isn't any active assembly on the design of the bait lure. the only diving process occurs when the bait is stationary. the depth the lure drops during trolling will depend on the speed and the amount of line that's out in the water.
