The new 3DB baits from Yo-Zuri have two features that Catch Big Bass. The internationally patent pending 3D Internal Prism and Wave-Motion Vibration spark an instant bite response. All 3DB Series lures have a patented ribbed belly that creates distinctive wave-motions and vibrations that fish can detect with their lateral lines from a long distance. The second impressive feature of the Yo-Zuri 3DB Series baits is the flash created by the 3D Internal Prism. An injured baitfish will swim erratically, sending out flashes of reflected light from its broadside of scales. The Patented 3DB Series duplicates this nervous behavior. The natural patterns combined with the lifelike body shapes and attention to detail on gills, fins and scales creates a strikingly realistic looking baitfish. Add to all these features, large Injured/Dying fish "Redeye" on all 3DB styles, makes these the target for game fish to eat. Answer: I fish for bass, using spinning gear, 10 pound line, the jerk bait casts 40 to 50 ft. It is pretty light weight

Answer: They cast very well, but distance is going to depend greatly on your rod and reel setup.

James Slepica : Looks good, but..

Got 2 Yo Zuri baits after I lost a couple of X-Raps due to pike bite-offs. They look great, but don't have nearly the action of the Rapalas, despite the similar look. I think the lips are either too small or don't have the right shape.

Great early season lure. Had many hits while other fishermen struggled to get something in the boat. Knowing the correct cadence helps also. Highly recommended in the tackle box.

Ohhh baby! I've done damage with this thing already. I fish for Smallies and Largemouth. But i even caught a 7lb Channel Cat off this! Runs 3 feet at the deepest. Great for going over weed lines and shallow rivers! I need more! Love the holographic/prism finishes. Catches the sun even in cloudier water.

Did not receive the lure as pictured. Was a gift for the holiday season, and do not have the time to exchange. Disappointed.

Excellent lure, bass love it. Similar to a Rapala X-Rap, but actually seems better made than Rapala cranks. Suspending Rapalas tend to always float slowly(contrary to their description). These do the exact opposite, they more accurately fit their designation. They sink super slowly, and perfectly evenly. It takes about 30 seconds to sink a foot or 2. It sinks so slowly that you can't really see that it's sinking. Great lure.

This lure is top shelf. Out of the box it has great action in the water, perfect suspension, and is a consistent catcher of some big fish of multiple species. I purchased a gold one for fishing Pickerel. After a few hours of dialing the action in, I had beat my personal best for that particular lake of Pickerel (3lbs) and Bass (5lbs, but had even bigger fish chasing it). They love it, so that makes me love it. Definitely getting a couple more in other colors as well. Not to sound cliche, but YOU NEED THIS LURE.
