The reason for 4 stars is because the hook is week, caught two triggers and it was bent.

I don't normally write reviews but this time, I will. I bought a 12oz size jig and just slammed the grouper with it in Mexico. I caught 7 big grouper in the first 2 hours including the biggest fish on the first drop! Love this jig. Hook was super sharp. Finish was not as shiny as I expected but the grouper didn't care. I bought a can of metallic gold spray paint and sprayed it on after the first trip. Fished it with 80 pound mono, it dropped just fine and the 80 pound mono didn't effect the action of the 12 ounce size. I'd buy this again.
