Answer: They are just like the chemlights you can buy in dollar general, you can store them for years! But, if you are a catfish person, be careful because the clips are very small and may not clip on your pole. I secure them with a wraparound of scotch tape because my poles are thick and heavy and i did not pay attention to the dimensions listed.

Answer: When u take out the package. Snap them they last for all night. I still have some in package that I had for a year.

Answer: Yes they are submersible. They are not very big or bright so I am not sure what the use is in a shrimp pot, so I don't know if this would work for what you want. These are also in separate packets.

These are great. They're just as good as the ones at bass pro and field and stream. The glowing part settles in the bottom of the stick when they're on your rods for a while. But you can just give them a shake and they're back to normal. I use these on my ugly stick and hawg seeker.

Well these are expensive for what they are. But I will keep buying them. They last a good long time. I was really surprised. They cheap big glow sticks lose their brightness quick. These stay strong for hours. Really convenient for night fishing don’t have to worry so much about latern placement.
