Seemed like a decent reel but after a few uses the small bolt holding the "swing arm" allowing the bearing or pulley the string passes over to fall off into the water. This should not happen and don't know if they will replace these parts or where to find them?

Great budget reel. Brought in loads of fish, blue gills, trout, bass. The screw that holds the line guide on the bail, backed out and I lost the bearing and guide. Contacted Quantum and they sent a new reel quick, great support. I check all the screws now when cleaning, and haven't had a problem since
