Would these bags expand enough to hold a whole brisket? It's roughly 11 inches wide and maybe 5 inches tall.

Answer: Hi

Answer: A brisket shouldn't be a problem. I have stored a pretty good sized turkey in them. The only caution I would make is that they tend to be pretty fussy about creases in the sealing zone. I try to re-pleat the ends as best I can, and seal at least twice to melt all the layers together.

Answer: Yes. I do whole briskets in them.

the picture shows 8" but the description says 11". Which is it? Also are these the pleated kind that expand out? Thanks!

Answer: No, they have 8" and 11", the only expandable bags are from foodsaver , ( to my dismay) they expand to put whole turkeys, etc and they work great

Could these expandable bags be used for a 3 divided food prep 7 1/2 inches wide by 9 1/2 inches long container?

Which sealer Machine works with these?

Answer: Works great with my FoosSaver machine, don’t know about different brands.
