Absolutely hated this cook book. I was hoping for recipes for foods commonly cooked in a smoker with the recommended cooking times for this smoker as it cooks food much more slowly than my previous smoker. It is filled with strange recipes that I would never use. How about a recipes for brisket, wings, chicken?
