The book was a disappointment. It was individual recipes, many really specialized. I had thought the book would be about different tips and techniques for various types of foods to be smoked, such as sections on Beef, Pouttry, Fish, Cheese, etc.

I bought a Bradley smoker and bought this book hoping it would have good basic smoking recipes and smoking information. NOT!!

Basically this book is useless and filled with recipes that I am sure the vast majority of the people who make the mistake of buying this book will never use.

The last two pages sort of have some decent smoking information, and the book contains maybe 4 or 5 recipes I might try, at the most. There is just no way this book is worth anywhere near $15. Actually, a one star rating for this almost useless book is being...nice.

I was really disappointed. I expected more tips and recipes from Bradley. Looking for simple "manly" recipes not so much on the gourmet side. I personally would love some of the dishes but my husband would not want to make most of the recipes in book!
