What is the total lenght? What is the lenght of just the lure, not the hook?

Answer: The spoons are 8" in length with hook attached. They are 6 1/8" without hook attached. The rings are welded solid, not split.

what fish do you target with these larger spoons? ie 7 to 9 oz. Many thanks!

Answer: if i toll these heavier krocs they stay a little deeper. action also changes. caught stripers, salmon, yellowtail, halibut. tuna when used on a slide technique. works on lots of fish. i carry 3 to 9oz krocs.

bigromo : Excellent knockoff of Kroc at good price point

Pretty much identical to Krocodile spoons I've used for years that have become prohibitively expensive for me to continue using. Hooks are very strong 3x quality and very sharp-no need to sharpen. I was very happy to find the 9 oz ones here as I have looked for them and can never seem to find them in tackle shops. I will buy here from now on-I was happy with the product and the quick shipping. The rings are welded on both ends of spoon and a very heavy duty split ring is used to attach the hook to the welded ring-which I believe gives it better action.

I got 5,7 and 9 oz spoons and was equally happy on all 3 sizes. I did not note that the 9 oz ones was only 4 although same price as 5 of the 7 oz. But that's fine. I missed it but would have bought anyway.

Only possible point that is not perfect was that the finish on the 9 oz ones was not nearly as reflective as the chrome on the others. The metal plate the spoons were stamped from had a rougher finish so when plated it is not as reflective. But the prism material reflects and I don't think it will make as much difference.

The chrome seems thin, the brand name is very thick and very smooth and reflective If they can work the smoothness of the finish on these they will be every bit as good at half the price. But I am very happy and will see how the finish on my next round is as these spoons get chopped off with big blues so thick chrome rarely benefits me for longevity of finish-the spoons break or are chopped off before they can really tarnish or rust I would thihk. And some steel wool would probably bring it back quickly.

I definitely recommend this seller and these lures. I am very happy
