How long will it last? How many casts?

Answer: The stuff stays on pretty well. I suppose how many casts would be determined by the amount applied, how far the cast, if pinfish were nibbling, if being bumped along a sandy bottom, pulled through grass, rate of retrieve. The stuff is pretty sticky, I put some on cutting board next to where I cast if fishing from my boat and apply regularly, if surf fishing applies as needed, have a rag ready:>. Good luck.

Answer: I give my soft plastics a squirt about every minute or two. On hardbaits about the same or a little more often. Kind of a pain until you get used to it. I often use a solo cup with 1/2” in the bottom and just dip my bait quickly. Any left I pour back in the bottle.

Answer: About 6 at most. However, it does work, especially on big reds.

I saltwater fish a lot. When using softbaits I rub on some pro cure to increase the bite and keep them hanging on until hook set. Much cheaper than Gulp. Plus you can use pro cure on any of your baits thus you can change colors and have the enticing scent.

The myth of the scent. Yea I don't notice the difference. Nonscented or scented I am still getting bites. It does stick very well. Useless in cold water. Also turns to liquid in the sun. So keep out of the sun if possible. Sticks to fingers very well. I only use it for tog and sheepshead now. If I am fishing for catfish (highly sensitive fish to scent) I use blood dough.

I would say you should add to you arsenal. Sometimes this stuff can be helpful.
