Answer: The description is wrong. It is solid wood like a tennis racket. We use it to scoop up baby chicks which we raise.

Answer: I did? My bad as it is wood and a very nice net for the price. It. Hangs from my vest on a autoreel on the left side and spends a lot of time in the water as I’m a Flyfisher. Still works and looks great!... :)

holes in the net are to big its not very good for smaller trout. other than that it is a good deal

Ordered the one in the listing which is a wood handle net with the black mesh and got a metal cheap framed net with a plastic hard material net.

The product seemed of average quality. The photo on the page shows a fish net would have a wooden frame but the one was delivered was aluminium. Returning for refund. You have to use the pull down size button to pick between the two different types of nets. The picture does not change to show each different product depending on which button you pull down....the picture only shows the wooden net.
