Haven't used this Yamamoto product in the past. Had a day of tough fishing where I found bass but couldn't get them to bite my roboworm. Had a package of these Shad Shaped Worms in my tackle bag so thought I'd give them a try. Wow. Caught 7 bass to 4lbs. This will now be one of my regular soft baits I will use.

I live in Tennessee, near Percy Priest Lake and Old Hickory Lake. Almost every fish I've ever caught has been with a 5 inch Natural Shad senko or a 4 inch Natural Shad Shape Worm.

Now, I can't say whether using a Natural Shad senko or shape worm will work wonders in California, Texas, Indiana, or any other state besides Tennessee. Having said this, if you are fishing in Tennessee and haven't tried using Natural Shad, I would highly recommend doing so.

These work very well when drop shot fishing for large mouth bass. I nose hook them on a size 2 Mustad No-Spin Drop Shot Hook and peg them with a bait button so they don't fly off the hook when casting.
