This actually comes with gang hooks and a split ring on the stop. Great action, great looks, but like most it grabs weeds on the head.

Have been a Bass fisherman for 30-plus years. Many club tournaments. Never did too well with "trap-style" baits till I tied one of these on. Rip it, crawl it or hop it, depending on what the Bass want that day. You can't go wrong with this lure. Almost guaranteed I will catch a good fish when I tie it on. Gets hung up but frees itself pretty easily. Pricey, but I will be purchasing another in the same color.

This is an awesome lure. It has incredible action, sharp hooks, and is pretty heavy so you can cast it a mile. It can be fished with a simple cast and retrieve, as slow or as fast as you want. You can also bump or crawl it across the bottom, any way you fish it will work great. I actually troll mine from a kayak and catch plenty of pike and bass that way.

This lure is not weedless though, it will hook up with every blade of grass in its path. I fish it in deeper water next to vegetation or over the top of submerged grass.
