any color recommendations?

Answer: I fish these in all water conditions and alot of lily pad fishing the best color ive found is watermelon red

Answer: I also like to a SCENT-- I use BANG Garlic or Craw--sprat it directly into bait bag - rub baits together and seal for 3-4 days !

recommened hook size/type for these?

Answer: I use either a 5/0 0r 6/0 Wide Gap MUSTAD MEGA-BITE----IF I need extra depth I tie on a MUDSTAD FASTACH WORM WEIGHT with above hooks. I will make my own stinger hook and place it just before tail also- size 8 or 10. Happy Fishing !
