Are there actually 2 complete lures per bag (as indicated by the title)? Or 1 per the pictures.

Answer: I believe it's one spinner and two of the soft plastics. You can put just about any soft plastic lure on it if you want.

I like the product fine. The title is shady though. I thought I was getting two sets for 10 bucks, but I received one set and another swim bait. Not a value in my opinion.
