product description
Rapala's Jointed Minnows are the answer when fish are extra wary and water conditions are difficult. The Jointed Minnow's unique body works to produce a livelier, attention-getting, baitfish-in-distress action that usually fits the bill when all other lures come up short. Well suited for super slow retrieves.

Suvit Lee : Five Stars
The trout loves these lures.
Thomas J. Venditto : A Must Have Lure!
This lure should be in every tackle box.
I like the Rapala jointed minnow because I WORKS and it's versatile.
It's a great lure to troll. If you want it deeper, it works well with a downrigger or plane boards. This works well on trout and salmon.
It's a great lure to cast. Cast if out and reel it in, or if you're fishing heavy cover, cast it out, let it float and twitch it every few seconds. This works particularly well on spring bass.
I like Perch and Silver. Choose the color that matches the bait fish where you frequent.
Trout/Salmon - use small to medium. These guys like small baits.(unless, Steelhead)
Bass/Pickeral - use large. It never ceases to amaze me how large a lure these gamefish will take. "Go bigger"
Pike - use largest available
The only cons I can think of are:
1. They're pretty expensive, but so are all fishing lures, even the ones that DON'T work LOL.
2. They USED to be balsa. Now they are plastic. I just liked the balsa better. I'm old fashioned.
Have fun! TomJV

It’s way too light. Can barely cast it 15 feet from my kayak with a medium fast St. Croix Rod. Was very disappointed when I got it. Was expecting much larger
