Answer: FISHUSA gave the most unhelpful answer! It should be deleted. The correct answer is that "13" is the size. I found it on another item description but I think it was 4" length 1/4ounce weight on this size... It has other characteristics also that i dont remember. But minimally the seller could have at least told you that 13 is the size.

Northern Pike seem to really like this lure. At least they did earlier in the year. Now it is all chewed up and I need to buy another one!

This is one of my favorite topwater lures. Super sharp hooks and great action with your favorite retreive, whatever that might be. Provokes strikes sitting stiil often. I only use this when I'm targeting a big fish. Most times I use a smaller version on UL tackle, but for the bigguns, this is the way to go.
