How deep does it dive?

Answer: It don't have a deep dive it is all I can say I have not tryed it yet

Do you tie this lure on, or can you use a snap swivel?

Answer: I tie it on, I never use snap swivels. This lure catches fish but you have to let it drop for a few seconds and reel in very slow.

Answer: I connected it to the snap swivel on the end of my steel leader, used for pike. It allowed lifelike movements. I recommend using at least a snap.

I'm ordering for my sons. Which ones would be best for a pond?

Answer: Use worms

Answer: I like style # 3

Answer: It will take at least 60 seconds to sink 5 feet. It’s not a light crack bait but when it sinks it keeps buoyancy and stays vertical. I have already caught (3) bass and I crappie on this lure. You will love it.

Answer: Probably like 10 -20 sec. Not to long .but its not real fast either. But this thing swims amazing.

Answer: It doesn’t sink, if you do not put any weight on it and cast. The lure will stay on top, I had a problem of sea gull going after it.

I own several of the 8" pike lures and several of these 4" bait fish ones. The only draw back to this blue(ish) purple one is the details. I personally, compared to other lixada lures, think it looks almost like "comic strip" or "cartoon" type art on it. Compared to the perch and pike lure(s) which are very realistic this one seems a little off.

That being said the action on these lures is second to NONE!

Worth their weight in GOLD a must have for fisher men.

after about 3 cast i noticed the bait dragging, i finally got it in clear enough water to see it swimming on its side. Also the hooks rusted after the first time out and I had to replace them. Needless to say that bait is put up and I probably wont be using it again.
