Simon : Look great...but didn't get to use them

The shipping and packaging was perfect. Unfortunately, our fishing trip was rained out and the ocean was way too rough to get any decent surf fishing in.

These worked great. I’m more of a freshwater guy, but I was in the Caribbean this March and these made me look like I knew what I was doing. Fished out of a kayak over a wreck in about 8-10 ft of water and caught a fish literally on every cast. The snapper were tearing them up pretty well, but one would usually last for 3 or 4 fish. Cheapest food I found on Provo... I tried some other artificial shrimp when I ran out of these, but didn’t have the same luck with those. I actually outfished my son that was using squid.

Shore fishing seems to get everything in the water excited with these shrimp. My problem is still to figure out how to not get them eaten in half. Once they are bitten in half, useless. I read somewhere, a user lets them dry out- they get hard as a rock- then puts them back in the juice for a couple of days. That is supposed to toughen them up. I have to try that approach.

So i was sceptical at first, but after a day out in between sand worm's and the gulp shrimp it was about even on catching perch. Will definitely buy again....
