Answer: The inside of the circle is approximately 10.48 cm in diameter. We sell a block adapter to attach a concrete block for vertical placement and weighting.

Answer: One piece of the root system fits underneath the cinder block. the tube then fits inside the cinder block walls and attaches to the bottom piece under neath the cinder block.
