Henry C. Davis : Deadly on rockfish (striper or striped bass to some)

These are deadly on rockfish in the Chesapeake (striper to the north) especially when they are bulking up for winter. 1 in 6 or so won't swim right out of the package. Boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes and try again, or soak for a week in gulp solution. Worth the price and the hassle for catching rock September to December.
