Common Troubleshooting

The vacuum sealer does not work:

1. Check whether there is a power outage or whether the machine is properly plugged in.

2. Check the power cord, the plug, and the machine to see if there is any damage, and if there is, do not use it.

3. When vacuuming, Make sure that the detachable drip tank is in the vacuum machine (do not take it out), and check that the vacuum bag mouth is placed in the detachable drip tank,otherwise the machine cannot vacuum

4.After plugging in the power, Make sure to wait for all the indicators of the button to light up, and then you can start working

5.Do not wait 30-40s before next operation

Note:

1.When you need to vacuum fragile food or food with liquid, it is better to use "EXTERNAL+SEAL " mode instead of "NORMAL" or "GENTLE" mode to control the suction and prevent the liquid flowing out.
