*Items that need to be confirmed before use:

• Make sure that the plastic bag used for sealing is a special food grain bag or a food folding bag below 0.19mm, otherwise it will not be able to vacuum normally.
• Check whether the upper and lower black sealing rings of the sealing machine are deformed. If they are deformed, you need to soak them in boiling water for 5 minutes and then dry them, or replace them with new ones.
• Confirm that the lower and upper seal rings are not displaced or fall off, otherwise the vacuum effect will be affected.
• Check whether there is any foreign matter on the upper and lower black sealing rings. Foreign matter will cause the machine to fail to vacuum.
• Clean the foreign matter on the heating wire in advance, the foreign matter will affect the sealing effect.

*Warm reminder

1. The thicker the plastic bag, the higher the sealing temperature requirement, and the thinner the plastic bag, the lower the sealing temperature requirement.
2. When heat sealing relatively thick plastic bags, such as tin foil bags, kraft paper bags, etc., if you have used 5 levels of high temperature and still cannot seal well, you can perform a second sealing operation
3. When the machine is used continuously, it may cause the sealing temperature to be too high. The sealing temperature should be lowered according to the actual situation.
4. Only vacuum pattern bags and folding bags can be vacuum sealed, other plastic bags can only be non-vacuum sealed.
5. After the sealing is successful, check whether there are wrinkles or pores in the heat-sealing line of the bag mouth. If the sealing is incomplete, air leakage may occur.

Four operating instructions

1. (1)Press the left and right top cover switches at the same time, and use your thumb to open the top cover. (2) Put the mouth of the plastic bag with food into the vacuum area and cover with the lid. (3) Make sure that the distance between the food and the machine is at least 25mm and the bag mouth should be flattened to avoid wrinkles. (4) Press the "TEMP" button, select 1-3 gears (the default is 3 gears when the machine is turned on). (5) Press the "VAC SEAL" button, when the blue light is on, it means it is vacuuming, when the blue light is flashing, it means it is sealing, when the blue light is off, it means that the work is completed. (6) Press the left and right top cover switches at the same time, and open the top cover with your thumb, take out the plastic bag, and the vacuum sealing is completed.
